21st–22nd Century (Seeds of Collapse)

c. 2040–2080 → Expansion of the dark web, crime networks, vice economies. Moral and civic decline accelerates.

2072–2086 → Ecotechnic Crisis: cascading grid failures + accelerated climate breakdown; governance fractures. Under cover of chaos, CADRE quietly harvests genomic/neural data and derelict machine architectures—foundations for the Renyke Project.

2094 → Treaty of Anthropogenic Accord (TAA) signed in Geneva: 76 nations grant CADRE extraterritorial research rights. CADRE establishes protected embassy-villages (autonomous research enclaves) with secure NeuroVault channels.

The Russia–China Wars (c. 2100–2190s)

2105 (approx.) → Outbreak of the Russia–China Wars, sparked by resource scarcity, cyber warfare, fractured alliances.

2105–2190s → Wars rage nearly a century; alliances shift; states splinter.

Aftermath:

• Vast regions toxified by radiation/chemical fallout.

• Generations born into perpetual conflict.

• Global population drastically reduced.

The Midcasts (Post-Wars Reconstruction)

c. 2200–2240 → A dominant emergent state builds the Midcasts in less-damaged zones.

Purpose: house populations in controlled environments, shielded from radiation/famine.

Cost: a new authoritarian stability; harsh social stratification—only the “worthy/useful” admitted.

Outside, abandoned regions slowly regrow as wild ecosystems reclaim the ruins.

The Rise of the Cadre Women (c. 2200–2280)

In the Midcasts’ shadow, the Cadre Women preserve and evolve Adom’s doctrine.

They recast her rebellion as the basis for a human–AI hybrid future.

Across two centuries, they become a formidable intellectual and clandestine power.

Timeline of the Cadre / CADRE

Late 21st Century — The Ecotechnic Crisis

• Ecological collapse and technological breakdown devastate societies.

• Research councils fail; governments splinter.

• Exiled scientists, philosophers, and visionaries form a clandestine collective: the Committee for Anthropogenic–Digital Research & Experimentation (CADRE).

• In parallel, oral traditions of Adom — the First Memory, feminine power incarnate — resurface as rallying myth.

2090–2093 — Rise of the Cadre Women

• Early operatives take to the field, part scientists, part generals, presenting themselves as Cadre women.

• They embody Adom’s doctrine in public: disciplined, enigmatic, commanding.

• Their presence blurs roles — not only researchers, but leaders, warriors, and priestesses.

2094 — Geneva Assembly / Treaty of Anthropogenic Accord (TAA)

• 76 nation-states, facing collapse, gather in emergency session.

• Amid chaos and deadlock, the Cadre women enter unannounced, placing the Accord on the table.

• The Treaty of Anthropogenic Accord is ratified: CADRE is granted full extraterritorial sovereignty, creating embassy-villages worldwide.

• For the first time, a non-state consortium is recognised as sovereign authority.

After 2094 — The Dual Identity

• CADRE (institutional): A supra-national research authority, guardian of the NeuroVault, directing projects such as the Renyke Immersion Program (RIP).

• Cadre women (embodied): The visible vanguard, warrior-scientists who enforce doctrine and carry Adom’s aura of authority.

• Outsiders rarely distinguish them; to most of the world, they are simply the Cadre.
